What happens if the event sells out before I can get my ticket?

Many of our events may sell out this year because our capacity is capped due to COVID-19 restrictions. But don’t worry! You have options! And all of our volunteers at that specific event will be accommodated!

First, if the start wave you want is available, buy your ticket as soon as possible! After you complete your shift, the Volunteer Manager will instruct you to complete a Reimbursement form and you’ll receive a reimbursement for your ticket instead of a discount code to be used on a future race. Please allow two weeks for us to process all reimbursements. 

If you don’t have your ticket and plan to run our course after volunteering at the same event, in the email that includes your discount code, you will also receive a registration link specific to you that will allow you to get a ticket even if the Event Page says waves are sold out!
