Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased from our Tough Mudder Shop that are still in the condition you received them may be returned or exchanged within 31 days of receiving your order. You may begin the return process by confirming the following:

1. Check the date of your order to ensure that it is within this 31 day period.
2. Ensure that the item is unworn/undamaged and has the original price tag and packaging. 
3. Confirm that you have the original invoice or the order number.

Items that meet these requirements may be returned for a full refund including the original shipping fee, or an exchange in size only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate an exchange or refund please email the following to [e-mail]:

1. Your order number. 
2. The item or items being returned.
3. The exchange size requested, if applicable.
4. A photo of any items with a value of over $50.

If an exchange is due to a shipping error or product defect caused by Tough Mudder, then the cost to reship a replacement will be covered by Tough Mudder (please make sure to include pictures for these items when emailing in). Certain products may have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
