- Standard Shipping - $7.95 Flat Rate. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery, continental US. Standard Delivery ships via UPS Surepost. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.
- Ground Shipping Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery, continental US. Ground delivery ships via UPS Ground Service.
- 2 Day Air Shipping - Please allow 2 business days for delivery. Orders must be placed by 12pm est for delivery in 2 business days. 2 Day Air Delivery ships via UPS 2 Day Air Service.
- Next Day Air Shipping- Please allow 1 business day for delivery. Orders must be placed by 12pm est for next day delivery. Next Day Air Delivery ships via UPS Next Day Air Service.
- DHL Global Shipping - 7-21 business days, however can take up to 5 weeks in some cases. Customs charges can apply depending on international trade laws and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Replacements
- All purchases are considered final. However, if your order is received incomplete or not to your satisfaction, you can contact our customer service department for a return authorization. Once approved, you simply return the item back to the origin of shipment (exact address to be included with your RA).
Challenges: All purchases are non-refundable once items have been shipped and/or code has been distributed. Damaged goods or goods lost in transit will be replaced. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Training: Training plans are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future event if the event ticket is transferred. In the event that the event associated with the training plan is cancelled by Tough Mudder, the participant may elect to receive a refund or store credit.
Viewing Orders To check on the status of your order, you can log in to your account at any time. If you used our guest checkout feature, you will need to review your email confirmation for a direct link to your order.
Note: Orders purchased on or before November 15th, 2020 will be unable to be viewed in your account. If your order was purchased on or before November 15th, 2020, please contact email@example.com with your Order Number.
