Can I get a refund?

Tough Mudder offers a no-questions-asked, 48-hour refund policy from the time of purchase for purchases made online, including participant registrations, general admission registrations, Mudder Village registrations, parking passes, bag drop, and premium start waves offered directly by Tough Mudder.  After 48-hours, refunds are not available. If you can no longer attend your event, the following options are available to ensure you can still use the value of your ticket:

1. Transfer your registration to a new event in 2025. You can find our full list of currently available events here. 

2. You can transfer your registration to a new participant, either for the same event you are currently registered for or a new event in 2025.
