I purchased a registration, where can I view it?
To view your registration, and check your start time, following a purchase, you can locate your ticket in one of two places:
1. Registration Confirmation Email - Upon completing your registration you should have received a confirmation email with your QR code. If this confirmation was not saved, you can search your email by using the following information:
- Sender Name: Tough Mudder US
- Sender Email Address: noreply@awntx3.email.active.com
- Subject: Registration confirmation for Tough Mudder {Insert Event Name}
- Example: Registration Confirmation for Tough Mudder Sonoma 2021
Note: Registration Confirmation emails are sent to the email address associated with the registration. If you registered someone else using their email address, they will have been sent their own Registration Confirmation email.
2. My Events - If you cannot find your confirmation email, you can find your ticket on Active.com by following these steps:
- Log into your My Events
- Select the “Registration and QR code” tab
- View your ticket and start time information
Once you have found your ticket you can take a screenshot or add it to your Apple Wallet for easy access come event day.
