When should I arrive on-site?

You should aim to arrive on site 30 minutes before your start time window.  Your exact start time within the 1 hour start time window will be selected by you when you arrive at the loading zone area. Heats will be sent off every 15 minutes and will be first come first serve for registrants in each window. 

For example:

• Bob is registered for the 10:00am-10:45am start time window.
  
• Bob should plan to arrive on site to check in at 9:30 am, 30 minutes prior to the start time window.
  
• Bob and his team are then able to enter the Loading Zone at the time of their choice within their start time window to start running at 10am, 10:15am, 10:30am, or 10:45am.
