The time I want is sold out and/or the time my group is running is sold out.

All start time windows are subject to space availability to ensure a smooth and safe on-site experience. We are unable to accommodate requests to move into a sold out start time window.

If your team is registered for a sold out start time window, team members can move to an alternate start time window (with space available) by making changes via their Active MyEvents dashboard. For instructions on how to log into your Active MyEvents dashboard to make changes, please see information here.  

Participants who want to run together must all book the same 1 hour start time window. Team members in the same 1 hour start time window will all be grouped in the same starting wave on event day.
