Active Network Refund Protection
If you purchased the optional Active Refund offer before checking out with your initial purchase, please visit their terms and conditions page located here. To submit a request to the Active Network you will need the following information.
► Submit a Refund Request
- visit refund.active.com
- Please have your Reference ID or be prepared to login with the active.com you used to register.
- You can request a refund for your registration anytime, so long as it is more than 48 hours before the event.
- If refund request is valid and refunded, the event organizers will be notified that you forfeit your spot in the event and your registration will be cancelled.
- Refunds will be received within 5-7 business days.
